Privacy policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Weko (“we”, “us”) is operated by WEB PROJECT SOLUTIONS LLC. Weko turns the weekly schedule you build at tryweko.com into reminders on your Garmin watch. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Contact: contact@webprojectsolutions.com.

What we collect

  • Account. Your email address and a securely hashed password, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase). If you delete your account, both are deleted.
  • Schedule. The activities, times, repeat days, templates, timezone and notes you create. Notes sync to your own watch so they can be shown with your alerts; they remain private to you and are never shared with anyone else.
  • Devices. Your watch model and firmware version, plus the random tokens that let your watch sync securely. Tokens are stored hashed.
  • Device identifier.Your watch reports an identifier that Garmin generates for Weko specifically — it is not your watch’s serial number, and no other app can be given the same value, so it cannot be used to follow you across apps or services. We use it for one purpose: making sure each watch receives the free trial once. We never store the identifier itself, only an unreadable keyed hash of it, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
  • Alert telemetry. Your watch reports which reminders fired and when (timestamps and internal activity ids — no titles). We use this solely to measure and improve alert reliability.
  • Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and plan — never your card number.
  • AI import. When you choose to use AI import, the text you paste is sent to OpenAI to be converted into schedule items, and per OpenAI’s API terms is not used to train their models. We store counts (characters, tokens, items) for quota and quality — not the pasted text itself.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies — the only cookies Weko sets are the ones that keep you signed in.

Visitor statistics

To see how many people find this website and where they arrive from, our public pages (this one, the terms, and the landing page) count page views using Umami, which runs on our own servers in the European Union. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and records nothing that identifies you — only the page, the referring site, and a coarse country, browser and device type. It does not run on the signed-in app, so nothing about your reminders is ever counted.

Where your data lives

Authentication runs on Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). The application database is hosted on our servers in the European Union. Your schedule syncs to your watch through Garmin’s phone connection and lives on your own devices; it is not shared with anyone else.

Processors we rely on

Supabase (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (AI import, only when you use it). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account in Settings immediately and permanently removes your schedule, templates, devices, telemetry, subscription record and login. Anonymous usage counters (with no link to you) may be retained.

One record deliberately outlives your account: the fact that a particular watch has already used its free trial, and the dates of that trial. It is the only way to keep the trial to one per watch rather than one per email address. It is kept as a keyed hash with no name, email or account attached — when you delete your account, the link to you is removed and only the anonymous fact remains. It never affects a paid subscription: a watch that has already trialled works normally on any paid plan.

Your rights

You can access and edit everything from the app, export nothing you didn’t create, and delete it all yourself at any time. For anything else — including access or deletion requests you can’t perform in-app — email us and we’ll respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll note it here and update the date above. Continued use of Weko after a change means you accept the updated policy.
